We were approached by Move&Save to revive their current website and brand. They first tasked us with a brief of creating a new brand identity for the company, to usher in a new look and feel for the Company to help them grow in the online Estate Agency Market. Next they wanted us to re-design them a modern website as the old one was very dated and didn’t help to generate any leads.
Lastly, they wanted us to connect their website to Rightmove and Zoopla. It was important that their client’s properties were advertised for anyone looking to buy a property. This had to be easy for Move & Save to update on their website, easy for clients to find and search for properties and give added value to their clients.
We kicked off the project by researching the online estate agency industry and competitors to see what they were doing, what was working well for them and any opportunities we could pursue to get ben the best results for his budget and goals.
Branding & Logo Design
It was important that we first created a foundation with a new company brand and logo.We knew we would have to be forward thinking, so we welcomed in a new modern and future-proof approach. We wanted the logo to be recognised across different formats of media and to leave a long-lasting, trustworthy impression.
The website design was structured around the key goal of getting website visitors to complete the enquiry forms on the website and help define what type of client they were along with their requirements. We positioned the call to actions in highly prominent areas of the site to ensure the best opportunity of any leads being generated along with an improved customer experience.
Once we built the website we had a challenging task to create a system that worked for Move & Save by saving them time and promoting their clients properties. We connected their website to popular property portals so once they added them to Right Move & Zoopla their website would automatically show and list the new property up for sale! This saved them a huge amount of time and looked fantastic on their new website.
